  Would you say that you are aware of your feelings? Do you take the time to assess how you are feeling inside and within your emotional state? Are you happy? Are you frustrated? Are you sad and lonely? It could be that you are just numb or empty? Do you have a burst of excitement and peace? Is it maintained as much as the frustration and negative feelings?

Who doesn’t want to heal their life?

  As a Licensed Massage Therapist I have worked with many types of people from all types of ailments and found out all have one thing in common. High stress due to what most say, “it's just life. Life is stressful.” I have a medical and sport rehab massage therapy practice and the goal is to educate. I assist my clients in understanding more about the human body. If I can show them how to expand their imagination and give them insight into their body, then we can bring awareness and change.
