Each Meditation is designed to take you through a journey of your inner self. We are not attempting to quiet the mind, but to focus it and access the potential of our mind and body. We will use our senses and feelings to connect to our inner biome. We will stimulate the muscle of the imaginations and witness the dimensions within each of us. We will connect you to the metaphysical and spiritual with inner visualizations.
You will learn the basics of meditation and also ways to find your own inner peace. We strongly suggest starting with the breathing page if you are a beginner, to learn the reason we meditate.
