The "Conscious Activation" mindfulness method is a mystical practice that incorporates specific vocal & non-vocal sounds in unison with breathing. We will move between expanded & contracted states of consciousness for 20 minutes, and conclude with 5 minutes sitting in absolute silence while remaining focused on the breath.
