Service Description

This guided mindfulness meditation practice combines object-centered awareness – similar to transcendental meditation, yet instead of using a mantra, we’ll be using a flower or rose. Please bring a small flower, leaf, or rose to the virtual class. The Merge-Release-Breathe method is a progression from directed attention and “becoming one” with the natural object, to complete detachment until one reaches abidance (as the watcher of the breath).
