Back Pain is an ILLUSION!!!

"There is no Biochemistry outside of Awareness; Every cell in your body is totally aware of how you think and feel about yourself.

-Deepak Chopra

In my practice I see lot of patients that complain about lower back pain and the constant day to day strain. I assist them in not only the physical manipulations but the mental and emotional factors as well. Which the new science shows us are really the major causes of the pain we are experiencing. Our thoughts and the emotions they produce determine the vibratory expression that the energy body extends outwards, which ultimately determines our physical reality. The new science is breaking down the barriers that have been misguiding people on how to "handle" these bothersome pains. Truth be told, the institute that funds Western Medicine also funds the pharmaceutical industry, and we all know the big bucks at stake there! So in their interest its best they keep the information suppressed about your pain. Just take a pill right? NO!

We have now been able to see with our advancement in technology that humans and this universe we live in is not a physical world, in fact it is an electromagnetic one! We can see the Atom and its health by the way it functions in thriving and non-thriving environments & the energy it then radiates out. This happens with the others parts of the body like chromosomes, genes, DNA and the cell bodies. We can see that all things have a light blue glow around them. Just like the blue glow around the earth. We are simply the micros to the earth body and its functions. This helps us to understand that the energy in the lower back is weak due to the emotion and stress put into it. Its never physical! It does not matter how your back was injured, because the body WILL heal itself when given the right environment. The energy you put into your life comes from the ideas you focus on, and the emotions they produce, create your experience. If this is your first time hearing this the information it can be a tough pill to swallow, but it must be taken. When you can see with a gentle open mind how your choices and actions directly dictate your experiences, then it can be a very empowering feeling.

In my personal experience I have had my guides to help me understand this information within me, and in my practice (Guides: Spiritual or Angelic, all types of being). They showed me something that I wished the world could see. Funny how it works. (Thoughts Become Things) They guided my lovely lady Stephanie to a book called: Healing Back Pain: The Mind-Body Connection By: John Sarno MD. I was thrilled to see this! To know that an M.D. wrote a book to go against his modern practice and tell the truth with what he successfully experiences over and over with his patients. Yes, there is hope! It was like the delicious icing on the cake to know that what I was theorizing from my intuitive self has been proven scientifically.

To summarize, the idea of emotional intelligence plays a huge role. If you are willing to be more aware of your thoughts and actions instead of allowing them to control you by falling victim to them, then you will see how the releasing of certain emotions and blocks release areas of the physical body. The lower back has to due with the emotion fear or lack of flexibility. Makes sense due to its physical nature, we bend at our hips. The muscles that surround and attach to the lower back are also highly responsible for the conditions of back pain. The muscles carry the hormones and the chemical byproduct of our emotions!

If this isn't making complete sense to you just yet, no worries! I have added a video link (YouTube) to help describe this a little further. For the readers out there, there is also a link to the book: Healing Back Pain: The Mind-Body Connection By: John Sarno MD  (Affiliate Link).
