Who we are

CrashBell is a BIPOC-founded wellness organization born in Brooklyn, NY, dedicated to redefining holistic care for the modern world. We integrate the healing power of medical massage therapy with education in human anatomy, mindfulness, and self-awareness to support complete well-being—body, mind, and spirit.
Our mission is to empower individuals from all walks of life to take ownership of their health through awareness, movement, and intentional living. By blending evidence-based bodywork with mindful practices, CrashBell creates a safe and inclusive space for healing, growth, and transformation.
In addition to direct services, we offer a human anatomy and self-awareness curriculum designed for schools and corporate wellness programs, which include on-site chair massage and interactive wellness experiences that promote balance, focus, and community connection.
