By buying a Subscription, Members agree that:

Members are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All information members submit at registration is truthful and accurate. Members will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information, and Members' use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

 

By agreeing to your Membership, you opt in to receiving occasional marketing updates and inquiries about our service. Also, to communicate any changes in policy or website function. 

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password, account, and other User Information. 

As a Member of the CrashBell Meditation Platform, members will receive access that is not allowed by non-members to specific areas of the website and features. Members can easily unsubscribe fromthe  CrashBell Meditations Platform by logging into their account, going to “my account,” clicking the cancel link, and emailing our cancellation department at crashbell.tribe.members@gmail.com. Subscription-based Memberships and subscriptions can not be exchanged or transferred in any way. Nor transferable or sold to any person or entity. 

 

Members may cancel a Monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective immediately. Members can cancel by emailing crashbell.tribe.members@gmail.com.

 

Members may cancel their Annual or 6 Month Subscription plans within 30-days of purchase, money back guaranteed. This allows members to cancel their subscription and receive a Full Refund within 30 calendar days from their first date of payment. To do so, email crashbell.tribe.members@gmail.com. After the first refund, members are not allowed to receive a 30-day money-back guarantee for any Annual or 6 Month membership subscriptions purchased.
