Healing Comes From Within

Who doesn’t want to heal their life?

As a Licensed Massage Therapist I have worked with many types of people from all types of ailments and found out all have one thing in common. High stress due to what most say, “it's just life. Life is stressful.” I have a medical and sport rehab massage therapy practice and the goal is to educate. I assist my clients in understanding more about the human body. If I can show them how to expand their imagination and give them insight into their body, then we can bring awareness and change. It is so rewarding the amount of clients I have that apply the knowledge to their life and do see change. When I received my education on the human anatomy I was blow away. Then immediately pissed off! I was furious, because this should be taught in all high schools. In depth not in a fragment of a semester. So I was determined to teach and build platforms to help educate the world on the knowledge I received. Which is, every human is the key to their own freedom.

I usually give my clients books that I have read to help me understand myself and further my studies of the human body. For me it's important not to disregard any information from any time period or culture. It is kind of like a map when you have a lot of the pieces. One of my favorites is a book by Louis Hay called, You Can Heal Your Life. This book helped me to places some of the theories I had gathered from my studies in eastern medicine, quantum mechanics and how it applies to our biochemistry and emotion. That sounds crazy right? Well I come to theorize that the emotions we feel are possibly trapped in areas of our body and may also state that the area is a reference to the type of emotion we experience. I know it's kind of out there, but that's what we need to evolve from this state our world is in. Each human needs to develop the inner awareness of their reason for coming to this earth. In the book You Can Heal Your Life. It speaks on the way an emotion or ideas can manifest into certain ailments or problems in your life. How each emotion has a direct relation to where you are having problems or what your body is producing. For instance round shoulders represents us “carrying the burdens of life. Helpless and hopeless” as she explains in the book. I express to my clients, “It's as the saying carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. You are just overwhelmed.” When my clients and I go through the day of the stressors. We end up as it is, they are putting too much pressure on themselves and feel as if they have so much to do or think about. Our world has made us over stressed and then did not teach us how our body would respond to this said stress. Buttholes! Well thankfully we have alternative educators like Louise and Myself helping to bring hidden knowledge to the world. I hope this post helps to bring a tad bit more curiosity and imaginations to your happiness. Stay tuned for the next post of inspiring messages and books we love. If you have any questions please feel free to email us back or visit our site for a nice chat.

We are thankful for all of you for supporting our movement. We are grateful! I hope this little bit of insight will help you with a puzzle you may be trying to solve in your life.

I highly recommend this book to all wanting to see more of the connections we have in our body and thought process. Problems in your body can tell a story of the emotion you are holding and need to let go of. An event may link to that emotion and then forgiveness is needed to clear the energy in the atoms. We are capable.

Remember, we are all vibrating.

With Love and Gratitude,
